Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened father Henry. Many people recognize me on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the highs and lows. When I was 1 year old, my family and I immigrated to America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I may not have been here to share the journey with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to be their proudest and was a shrewd entrepreneur for the success. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for success, life had different plans. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy being in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I felt like I was wasting time for an income. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping those around me. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own small business. It is rare to find an Asian woman working in this field. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the business to offer quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. I am also committed to empowering others so they can reach the goals they set, pursue their dreams and live your life to the fullest. My career exploded as I was enjoying the highest successful times in my entire life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove highly useful. The unexpected death that shaped me forever. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to move on to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live now and not just surviving just like I did in the past. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences in order to let you be aware that you're not on your own, to know that you are more than capable of whatever you put your heart into. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed as health is the most valuable asset. You have only one life. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
